This is a course of 12 weeks for Advanced Riders and it includes the following features:
4 Lessons per. month
Each lesson is for 1 hour and includes:
Exercising (muscle activation & strength)
Longboard or Skateboard training &
stretching
The Single Lessons are for Advanced Riders that want to get most on the board.
